Radolfzell City Museum

Permanent exhibition

Discover the living history of Radolfzell in the old town pharmacy! The historic building dating back to 1689 is located in the immediate vicinity of Radolfzell railroad station. The pharmacy from the Biedermeier period, the laboratory and other well-preserved pharmacy rooms bear witness to the former function of the building. On four floors, modern themed islands with historical material provide an insight into the eventful history of Radolfzell. The Radolfzell Town Museum has the task of preserving relics of the town’s history for the future. This includes things that were made and used in Radolfzell. Many objects tell a story about how people used to live and work in Radolfzell. The collection of the town museum is constantly being expanded. If you would like to contribute something, please contact the town museum or the town archive: museum@radolfzell.de
